Life gets in the way!

Life has an annoying way of getting in the way of reading at times How dare it! In the past 2 weeks it’s thrown at me – a deeply cut’n’stitched foot (Child #2); dramas in Child 3 & 4’s class (severe enough that they will be starting at a new school next term), stress of finding a new school for aforementioned offspring; Child #4’s cramping stomach pains that led to an x-ray and enema at the local A&E; car dramas; a new season of junior football (which I, in a moment of madness, signed up as Team Manager for) and Child #1’s Basketball commitments!

All the above has meant less ‘me’ time, which means less reading which in turn leads to a quiet Reading in the Bath blog. None of which make me happy. Thankfully, life seems to be restoring itself to normal (as normal as life can be with 4 very active, young boys!) so here’s to future reading’n’blogging days…

Goodness that is a lot to be going on at once! I trust that foot is healing, basketball is rewarding and that children #3 and #4 settle in ok at their new schools!

I could post a photo of the aforementioned foot on here but it would put you all off your breakfast! Happy to say that it is healing nicely now. One drama sorted!
